Our Mission

Our mission is defined by a scripture verse in the bible’s book of Acts.

In Acts chapter one, verse eight, the bible says:

“but you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be My witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth."

These are the words of Christ just before He ascended into heaven. We believe that the Holy Spirit of God empowers us to be witnesses for Christ in our local area [our Jerusalem], to those in our region and country [our Judea and Samaria] and to all nations, even to the remotest parts of the earth.

We are growing in our ministry to our local area, and we have developed a heart for the tragedy in Darfur. It is our desire to give help and support to those in Darfur through our prayers, and to actively seek to inform others that we may all participate in sending needed food and supplies.
